Bottled Autumn Margaritas


(For 12 Servings)

2 thin-skinned clementines, washed 
2 small thin-skinned limes, washed 
4 cups ice cold water
2 cups Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila
⅔ cup honey
½ tsp sea salt


Cut one fresh clementine and one lime into quarters; slice off and toss the center part of the pit and remove the seeds. Juice the two remaining fruits. In a blender, combine your citrus quarters and juice, ice water, Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila, honey and salt. Let that spin for 1 minute. Pour the finished product through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher; toss what the strainer catches. Refrigerate, serve over ice, and enjoy.
