ORGANIC AGAVE
Yes the word “Organic” has become overused, but we put our piñas where our mouth is. Pantalones is made with 100% organically grown Blue Weber Agave sourced from the 7,000 acres of natural farming land owned by the 4th generation farmers we work with.
Our Process
SLOW COOKING
We endearingly harvest the agave when they reach their most congenial and sweetest selves that they can be, and then we adoringly slow cook them without any haste allowing our nurtured agave to mature that sweetness even more. Patience is the unwritten distillation step for us.

FERMENTATION
After the agave have been slow cooked, we give a friendly crush, much like the embrace of a loved one to release that sweet agave nectar. Our own Organic yeast (cultivated from the very same Tequila valley fields that were once home to our beloved agave) is then added to begin the fermentation process. The journey from plant to spirit begins.
Our Process
DISTILLATION
Once we have deemed the liquid fermented just the right amount, it ceremoniously graduates to being distilled. Not once, but twice in more than accommodating pot stills. This post-grad tenure of a distillation merits an elevated agave forward, smooth Tequila.

BOTTLES & BARRELS
Obviously Tequila this smooth needs to be shared with the world and this is where it is housed and bottled. Our Blanco Tequila is eager to be enjoyed while our Reposado and Añejo are then "relaxed" in American Oak Whisky Barrels for 9 & 15 months respectively. They cannot wait to meet you.
