Lite Coconut Margarita

Lite Coconut Margarita


1.5 oz Tequila (Blanco works well),
2 oz Lite Coconut Milk (we used canned organic),
1/2 oz Cointreau,
4 oz Coconut Water (we used coconut water with pulp),
Mint & Lime Slices (Garnish)


In a large shaker filled with ice, combine the coconut milk, tequila, cointreau, and coconut water. Shake in a shaker for about 30 seconds or until well combined. Pour into salt rimmed glasses filled with ice. Garnish with mint and lime slices or wedges. Serve immediately.
