Rinse berries and leave damp. Toss in a bowl with sugar. Let sit for 30-45 minutes. Muddle and strain for final product.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and blackberry syrup. Cover and shake. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Betty Buzz Ginger Beer. To finish, give your cocktail a diabolical twist by garnishing it with fresh blackberries from El Diablo’s very own garden. A devilishly daring, but delightful choice.
