In a shaker, combine Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila, prickly pear juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake like you’re dancing the year away, pour into a chilled coupe glass and top off with ginger beer. Dust with edible glitter to make your cocktail pop like fireworks and garnish with a freshly cut lime wedge.
