Why We Created Our Peaches & Cream Margarita Ice Cream
At Pantalones Organic Tequila, we believe premium tequila should never take itself too seriously. Crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber Agave, our award-winning organic tequila is made for sipping, mixing, celebrating, and now... scooping. We chose our Reposado expression for this collaboration because its notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and subtle oak pair perfectly with sweet peaches and bright citrus to create a margarita-inspired ice cream unlike anything else. Ingredients
1.5 oz Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila
2 oz Tipsy Scoop Peaches & Cream Ice Cream
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Peach Purée
0.5 oz Cointreau
Peach Slices and Mint for Garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, add Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila, fresh lime juice, peach puree, and orange liqueur. Give it a good shake, and pour into your margarita glass. Gently top a scoop of Tipsy Scoop Peaches & Cream ice cream, and give it a gentle stir to combine all the goodness. Top off with fresh peach slices and mint.
